Oare circular via seawall, Luddenham & Gunpowder Works.

Parking available on The Street, either side of the T-junction when you approach the creek via Western Link Rd. We'll meet at the 'Oare' sign by the bench, so we're out the way of traffic. We head out along the seawall before heading inland through Luddenham and returning through the Gunpowder Works area, taking our time to read some of the information boards for this fascinating place. Cafe on the Creek & The Castle are both good choices for optional refreshments at the end for those wishing to organise a lunch, however I have booked a table for 1.30 for 8 people (max). They’ve asked for pre-orders a week before, so if people could let me know asap if they want lunch and their choice please, the Sunday lunch menu is available in the images tab. Dogs welcome but must be on a lead at all times as we mainly pass through a wildlife reserve and fields with sheep.
