Grove Ferry 13 mile circular

We meet at Grove Ferry picnic carpark where charges are £3.50 for the day, so feel free to consider car sharing. There are toilets here plus a refreshments van. Although it's reasonable mileage this is a virtually flat walk. We head out through Stodmarsh Nature Reserve and on to Wickhambreax, then Preston before heading north and a comfort break and refreshments at the Dog & Duck Inn, Plucks Gutter. We then return mostly via Saxon Shore Way to Grove Ferry. Refreshments are available from the van parked up or The Grove Ferry Inn. I haven't made any bookings so please feel free to book if you want for a late lunch.
