Chilham - Godmersham Circular Walk

A circular walk encompassing the Kent Downs around Chilham, the River Stour and passing through Godmersham Park with its mansion. Hopefully we should also see a good display of Bluebells in Kings Wood enroute. Because of the Downs this is a fairly hilly walk with a 1013ft of ascent in total. Park and meet in the Main Chilham Car Park off Taylors Hill, where there are also public toilets. Chilham has two pubs and tearooms for refreshments after the walk, nothing booked but something for everyone.
