Swanage Trip Day 3 - Swanage and Worth Matravers

We meet at the entrance to Swanage Pier by the sign posts which is at the east end of the High Street at the junction with Marshall Row. From here we join the SW Coast path passing through Durlston Country Park, then on past Durlston Castle. We’ll pause to have a look at the Great Globe then continue to follow the SW coast path past Anvil Point Light House and onto Dancing Ledge where we’ll take a short break. From there we go a bit further along the Coast Path before heading inland to Worth Matravers for lunch, the Square and Compass pub does pies and pasties including a vegan option otherwise bring a packed lunch. After lunch we had back towards Swanage via the Priest’s way.
