# After you submit a group registration

Provisioning runs in the background and creates the site's database, storage, mail configuration, Fly application and ngx-ramblers.org.uk hostname. Full registrations then import all discovered source content. You can return with the private registration link to see progress; do not share that link.

When setup finishes, an NGX administrator receives the review request. They sign in to the new site, check it and either return it for correction or approve it. The committee is not invited until approval. Approval sends the registered committee address a site link and a secure password-setting link. Custom-domain cutover and the later image migration happen after this review.
