Clueless in the Country !!

A recent survey was completed of 3000 people by Travelodge - they were asked various questions with regard to the country - below are some of the survey results (you could not make this stuff up!!)

Some 53% of adults said there was nothing to see or do in Britains countryside and a third said that the idea of a trip to the countryside has never crossed their mind.

32% - had difficulty identifying a pheasant

42% - could not identify an otter

20% - could not identify a weasel

44% - could not identify an oak tree

12% - of adults thought a stag was a reindeer

22% - could not identify a hare

And the 2 that really worried me.......

10% - could not identify a sheep

83% - could not identify the common bluebell flower
